Return Policy

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.

Indicate your order number and the reason for its return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from Missou will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized stores, contact them directly to obtain returns.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which we send them to you and in their original packaging. Stains, bent cards, broken seals / broken plastic sheet will not be accepted. If the condition of the product that is returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to reimburse or change. Products that have been customized can not be reimbursed or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased and products damaged through mishandling of customers.

Returns made without a receipt can be rejected. Missou reserves the right to refuse any return.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM (S) I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED?

Did you receive a defective unit or the wrong product? Are you just not satisfied with your order?

Contact our customer service team on our contact page to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:

Number of order

Receipt

Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)

Complete delivery address

Contact phone number

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof to reimburse or replace the product.

HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN PROCESS HAVE?

The processing of returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund for the defective products will be credited. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refunds will be sent to the issuing bank of the card within 14 business days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact the issuing bank of the card if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you have not received a credit for your return, here is what you should do:
Contact the bank / credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Be sure to provide your order number and the modification you wish to make and we will confirm it once the modification has been made. Keep in mind that any order that has already been packaged or sent can not be modified or canceled.
